This Award will be spilt into three categories:

  1. Small appliances
  2. White goods
  3. Home Entertainment and technology
Who Should Enter?
Any organisation that manufactures or distributes a electrical or technological product for the home consumer market. Products entered should have been available to the UK consumer market for no more than 12 months prior to date of entry.
 
What the Judges will be looking for
The Award will go to the product or service that applies technology or design innovation to meet a consumer household need. Judges are looking for products that have expanded, redefined markets, innovatively solved a consumer need or opened completely new product segments. Style, flair, function, quality and value will also be criteria sought out in the applications
 
Entry Process
Written application supported with evidence of the effectiveness of the solution. Finalists may be asked to make the product available to the panel and make a short presentation.
